Koh Samui Restaurant @ Jalan Raja Ekram, Ipoh

My friend mother recommend Koh Samui restaurant for Thai Foods. She told me that their foods are tasty and good service. Therefore, me and my sister wanted to try it, as I wanted to eat Pineapple Fried Rice. Koh Samui is located at Cowan Street, further down from Let’s Rock Restaurant. Upon arrival, a gentleman welcomes us before placing us in the table. The environment of the restaurant was spacious and cosy. The restaurant was filling up quickly for dinner. I ordered Pineapple Fried Rice (S), Green Curry (S), Dessert, and Thailand Tea.
Complimentary Starter.
Thailand Tea @ RM 1.80
Green Curry was yummy. The curry was creamy, thick, and well flavoured. The chicken was tender, juicy, and well seasoned with curry.
Green Curry (S) @ RM 10.80
Pineapple Fried Rice was tasty and they are generous with my favourite Cashew nuts but it was a bit oily. Pity it was not served on top of Pineapple.
Pineapple Fried Rice (S) @ RM 10.80
Dessert recommended by the staff. It was simple and delicious. It has a very rich Jackfruit flavour. If you love Jackfruit then you would love this dessert.Dessert @ RM 4
It was a good dinner for us. Friendly service and the portion are big even though we choose small portion. Yeah!! They have 2 options for the food either big or small. Therefore, make sure you order few dishes first before adding on any dishes because the serving portions are big.
