We had our dinner at Hotel Taj, Marthandam after exiting the Kerala Boarder. Taj hotel is located at Marthandam, Kanyakumari. They serve both North Indian and South Indian food. A couple of people occupied the restaurant when we arrived at 9pm but it was filling up soon later on. Moreover, they have their own private car parking for the hotel customer. We find our own place to sit, I guess in India you have to find your own place to sit in the Hotel. Once seated, the staff will take your order for the foods. They don’t have any menu for reference so ask the staff about what they are serving in the Hotel and then order your foods. We ordered Chicken Masala and Parotta.
Parotta was good. I always love India Parotta than Malaysia Roti Canai. Parotta is more flavourful evenby eating it alone.
Chicken Masala was super duper yummy and it goes beautifully with their Parotta. Tender and juicy chicken cooked in a lovely sauce. Yummy!! I miss their Salna.
