The Hive @ Siem Reap

What’s your opinion on travelling Solo guys? Please share with me your point of view on this. For me, it gives me a sense of freedom to choose my favorite meal or favorite place to dine-in. The first cafe, I want to try is The Little Red Fox Espresso however, it was closed on my arrival day (Wednesday). Therefore, I change my plan to have late lunch at The Hive Siem Reap, located at Central Market St, Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia. I was greeted at the entrance and I find my own place to sit. Once seated, the staff gave me the menu. After flipping through the menu, I ordered Falafal Plate and Chicken Mango Wrap. A couple of people occupied the restaurant when I arrived at 1.30pm. The ambiance of the cafe is perfect to chill if you are tired after a day of exploring Angkor Wat.

Chicken Mango Wrap was damn good. Chicken & Mango together, it is a match made in heaven for me. The portion was big compared to the tiny wrap you can find in Malaysia.
Chicken Mango Wrap USD 5.75/RM 23.67
Falafal Plate, it’s something like an Arabian Food but tastes so good. Something that manages to impress me in the cafe. Yum!!
Falafal Plate USD 5.50/RM 22.65
Overall, it was an excellent late lunch to welcome my day in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The service was quick & friendly and they do have free Wi-Fi. A great place to stop by for a quick bite.
